I have read and accepted the booking conditions below and am authorised to make this booking on behalf of my party. I am over 18 years of age. I enclose a deposit of £75.00 per week . TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. A deposit of £75.00 per week is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid in full before your arrival six weeks in advance. If booking within six weeks of the holiday start date, the full amount will be due with immediate effect. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation charges will apply if the holiday is cancelled.
2. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, available from 4pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
3. Prices are inclusive of gas, electricity and water.
4. Bed linen (beds are made up prior to arrival) is provided. Please bring all personal linen.
5. No chemical bleaches are to be used in the bathrooms or toilets, as this will destroy the natural process of the septic tank.
6. No smoking in the house, please.
7. All windows and doors are to be closed on leaving the premises.
8. The owners accept no responsibility whatsoever for Personal Injury or loss or damage to belongings throughout your holiday.
9. Rental charges are based on the agreement that no more than the original number of persons specified on the booking form may occupy the facility or use the premises.
10. Please leave the property as you found it.
